All our services and bookings are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable.
By purchasing or availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Since our services are non-refundable, no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Delay or non-usage of service
- Service not meeting personal expectations

All the following fall under our non-refundable policy:

- Digital services or plans
- Hotel/restaurant/event bookings
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable or electronic items
- Any customized service
Once a service is booked or purchased, the amount is 100% non-refundable, and the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or exchanged.
Exceptional Cases (If Applicable)
In extremely rare cases where a refund or adjustment may be considered, it will be solely at our management’s discretion.
Such approval is not guaranteed and may require:
- Proof of purchase
- Valid documentation supporting the request

Service Delivery Issues

Gifts & Third-Party Orders
If a service was purchased as a gift, the same non-refundable and non-cancellable policy applies.
No refund will be issued to the gift recipient or the purchaser.
Shipping (If Applicable)
For physical items (if any), shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping in case of replacement (only if approved by management).
